Where to start, this GameStop used to be good when Brian was the store manager, let me just say…read morethat since he retired the store is in absolute shambles, staffed by incompetent people and management since. The employees openly complain in front of customers, the store looks shabby and understocked on top of unprofessional conduct across the board. It shouldn't be an ordeal interacting with staff on top of being told up front they don't want to be bothered with handling a trade in, you are AT WORK, do tour job. Telling a customer they don't want and will not do a trade in because they leave in 30 mins is absolutely unacceptable. This is why GameStop is going under, this store is poor across the board. No stock, nothing marked price wise, smart ass staff that talk down to customers and try to actively talk people out of purchases. If you want to not do your job, that's fine but maybe you should rethink being customer facing because you're a miserable asshole. Your life choices should never impact your work, it's not the customers fault your life sucks. This store never has anything in stock, barely a selection of games. They don't even know their own policies, when you have staff from another store raise their eyebrows and actively tell you that their lying it makes you wonder if this location is actually low balling customers to make extra money. Now that I've been told that half of what was said at this store was an outright lie I would never go there, it seems suspect now. Don't patron this GameStop, it's absolutely garbage, they lost out on a 1400 sale. Good job guys. That being said I'm done with GameStop, this store killed any future business period. We've cancelled all our preorders and will be dealing with Amazon from now on.
