My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. I said I have all the passwords in that ipad, is there no way to jailbreak it to get into it? That allowed me to see if the service had gotten better around the Maryville and surrounding areas in the last 3 years. I have to say, they have come such a long way. The only trouble I had was porting over my husband's line. I was on the phone with AT&T yesterday for over 3 hours, to which I was hung up 3 times. They kept transferring me and transferring me, never really getting anywhere. I came to this Verizon store and Lloyd met us. I told him the issues I was having, that my husband could make outgoing calls but he wasn't receiving anything. At first, we thought we would have to get new phone numbers; but Lloyd knew exactly who to call, and got the same number that I used for my number to Port in for my husband's line. I can tell you that I am happy and pleased with Verizon and their kindness. Going out of their way and helping my family and I was huge! If I ever have any more issues, I am definitely looking for Lloyd in the future! We were in and out of there within 10 minutes. Thank you Verizon!
