We had issues with the phone not wanting to charge never had issues with the charging until right after we replace the screen. The phone was glitching. I tried calling no answer. Finally took the phone in within a week of having it repaired and was charged another $65 to see if it resolved the issue. If it's an iPhone, I recommend to just get it fixed at a genuine iPhone replacement store with genuine parts for a better quality screen.

And I'll never go to Metro PCS, as they use the AT&T network. And I really will never get service from Metro PCS again, had their service before and had a lot of problems with the service. And I've used Cricket before and didn't really care for the phones or the service. Nation Wide service and have add ons for different countries. No Roaming Charges either. Gotta love them...
