Prices are very reasonable and when there is a sale, it's something you don't want to miss. If you join their "club", which is free and only takes a few minutes to do, you earn "dollars" towards your next purchase. I bought a pair of shoes today that were marked down to $20. Recently, we ordered an additional 4 place setting of the same Blue Ridge dinnerware to replace some broken pieces and were very disappointed. The 4 place setting consisted of 4 bowls, 4 side plates and 4 dinner plates. The bowls were a good match with our original set, the side plates and dinner plates were just a washed out, pale green color that did not match either the bowls nor the original 8 place setting. When I discussed with the issue with Rob, via email, we were totally unsatisfied with the response. We would have to return the plates at our expense and there was still not guarantee that if they replaced them all, they would meet the requirements of the original set. One comment Rob made was to visit our store in North Carolina. We live in Georgia. His last comment was not expected for such an expense set of dishes.
