My phone was on its last leg and the WiFi was not working. Everything had to be transferred manually and once the new phone was on, an update had to be performed. The process took awhile but everyone there walked me through it, waited patiently and explained how it worked. He made the process more than smooth and user friendly. I learned that this store was one of the only ones in the area that doesn't work in commission, I always like to ask for future use anytime I receive good service, and learned from employees that it is not. They should be! They made this the easiest and most enjoyable cell phone store visit I've ever had!!! Thanks y'all! I'll be back but it's really discouraging to know you don't get credited or have financial incentive/ rewards for your good work
