I waited patiently 40 minutes and 40 minutes after my appointment they were still not ready. How can you expect to get good service when your first session they make you waste almost another hour after you've already booked and had a time set. 15- maybe 30 minutes. but close to an hour is unacceptable.

Dr.Chapa got me started on herbs that noticeably changed my energy levels within 2 weeks. I not only started having more energy, I was able to spend more time at the gym and run for longer periods. My work improved and I was able to work more hours and not feel tired. I became a loyal patient ever since, and have consistently been doing cupping therapy, acupuncture, and herbs. I have also had fire cupping with Dr. Chan, and he is great! My most recent visit was with Dr. Chang who was able to help me with some female related challenges that have also improved quickly with her help. I am so grateful for finding this place, their team is amazing, and I have already referred my brother and he also received great care. Highly recommended, great experience all around.

I have been blessed to have seen a handful of great chiropractors in the past eight or so years,…read morebut Dr. Pat is truly outstanding! I'm so grateful another chiropractor I was seeing at home before I moved referred me to Dr. Pat! He said I needed someone how thinks outside the box, and Dr. Pat sure does. I have had a lot of neurological trauma and no one has known how to help me. I'm not one to take "no" for an answer, especially when it comes to my health. I had severe vertigo caused by dehydration, which put me in the ER via ambulance (first ambulance ride!) about eight years ago. Ever since then I have had so many more problems with motion in all respects. I have always gotten motion sick in moving vehicles, but this has been next level stuff. Then add extremely painful pressure in my ears when flying (and a bad flight that left me with some PTSD), and some hip flexor injuries, and I'm just a walking poster child for physical rehabilitation and a huge comeback. So let me break this down a little bit. I've been seeing Dr. Pat for a few months now. So far he's been the doctor to help me feel confident enough to get on a plane again (with the help of some meds for the extreme anxiety). I have always hated flying, but after my last flight four years ago where I passed out, stayed non-responsive, had a doctor on board IV me, and had the paramedics take me off the plane, my flight anxiety has been off the charts. I don't like flying because of the extreme pressure in my ears. It hurts so much. My eustachian tubes don't open and close the way they're supposed to. And I have the ENTs stumped. So I had a plan for the first flight back last month. Meds from a GP, but also I saw Dr. Pat about three hours before I got on the plane. Thankfully for me, his office is located in Irving near the airport. For the first time in my life, my ears didn't hurt. I was able to keep them from stopping up; they kept moving and clearing readily. The hardest for me is take off, then landing, which is harder because for some reason it's harder for my ears to regulate, but this time I had no trouble. I think the worst of it was the anxiety this time. Even the flight back, after being a passenger in the back seat of the car with my husband's dad driving (he's a terrifying driver and doesn't understand how to drive with someone in the car who gets carsick [hello more meds]), I didn't have much trouble. He's helping bring control to my anxiety. One of the outside-the-box ideas Dr. Pat had to help with my flight anxiety is to do a flight simulator. I have not had the opportunity to do this yet, but I think this is a great idea and would like to in the future. I have so many places I want to go; I'm determined to be a better flyer. And now I kind of want to learn how to fly a helicopter, which is not something I have ever thought I could do before. I have not used my left leg fully in the same way I use my right. What Dr. Pat is doing with the neurology system has helped me start using my left leg fully again. He is helping to rewire my brain. And my favorite, he has started work on the vestibular system. This is going to be a long journey, but I'm ecstatic to have finally found someone to get down to the neurology of it all and help my brain heal and reconnect everything! I love how he explains what he's doing and teaches about the systems he's working on. This helps to learn control over my body, knowing what is happening and how he is helping my body learn how to work properly again. Dr. Pat is an amazing guy! He's very professional, yet very personal and friendly. I love that he wants to talk about what is going on with me before he even starts adjusting me. He wants to know how I'm healing, how what he is doing is connecting, which helps him know what he's doing right, what he needs to progress, or what he needs to change. He truly takes the time to get to know me as a patient and a person, and this helps him to be the absolute best at what he does. I am beyond thankful to Dr. Pat for all he does, and all he will do because we're in this for the long haul. I know I'm on the right path with Dr. Pat.
