I can only imagine the store will be even more amazing in its new home. The merchandise is fun - every shelf you find and see something new and tempting to buy. The prices are fair - it's like Brimfield without bugs! Just be careful if you carry a purse, some aisles were a little narrow. The proprietors are friendly and interesting to talk to, particularly about the provenance of some of the items.

Terrible. For the first time I went to that store the other day and regretted it. Beware of that…read moremiddle aged guy, the store manager or whatsoever. First the guy was nice and helpful, they didn't have the model of pants I was looking for and he gave me two similar models. I tried them on but didn't like the look of them on me and returned them to him. He said ' where are the third pair of pants? ' I responded that he gave me two pairs, and that I tried tried them on and didn't like them and then gave them back. There was another pair I only looked at and not tried on, but I folded and put them back on the stacks while he was standing by me. And I reminded him that I didn't even try them on and he saw me put them back. He repeated, "Give me the third pair back." I calmly repeated that I tried only two pairs on and I just handed them over to him and as for the other pair,I didn't even bother to try on. He said," give me the third pair back or I'll call the police" . I thought maybe he is a special need person and can't get things easily and I showed him my bag that there were no pants in it and I even took off my coat to show that there was no third pair whatsoever. He still insists , give me the third pair or I'll call the police. At that point, I said, "Now I do want you to call the police, what you're doing is unacceptable and you can't treat me , your customers like this." And he started to back off. I looked in my bag for my cell phone and it wasn't there, probably left in my car. I asked the other two customers in the store to please call the police for me but they didn't want to get involved. The younger shop attendant preferred to stay out of it, too. And I said to that pain guy ," I can't find my cellphone, it was in my bag, did you take it? Give my cell phone back". He said, he didn't have my cell phone. I said, give it back or I'll call the police, just like the way he talked to me. He backed off and disappeared in the store while I was asking the others to please call the police. And I left the store in total frustration. So, NEVER AGAIN. if you, no matter what want to buy cheap jeans and go to Irving's, BEWARE OF THAT STORE MANAGER.

I was so happy to have found found it. They have scrubs for every shape size gender whatever you need for yourself scrub related they have it here. They have all different brands in all different colors the quality is amazing some of the scrubs get a little pricey as they all can but some are average prices. The workers were very kind friendly and helpful they helped me find the perfect scrubs to fit my body type. I definitely suggest you check this place out I was very impressed by all the scrubs I had to pick from and I finally found some great scrubs that are so comfortable and fit me exactly how I want them to.

Cute, whimsical and quaint. There were so many one of a kind merchandise made and sold by their local artisans. Some items were priced a little higher, and some items were reasonably priced. The girl at the front desk when you enter was very personable and greeted us with a smile. She was very informative about the different merchandise being sold. And we even talked about some nearby restaurants that she would or would not recommend.. Overall, I think it would be worth to visit if you're in the local area. He went above and beyond to take care of her. He saw she had difficulty getting out of the chair and got her a cushion to make it easier for her to get up. He suggested shoes, got her peds since she doesn't wear socks, put them on her scary feet. He went above and beyond to help her. Although she didn't find any shoes I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again if Jason was there to help. Footprints is lucky to have an employee like him! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

It's kind of off the beaten path so I hope they get more traffic. It's a cute store and they have a nice selection of shoes for kids. Today I went into this once upon a child for the third time to sell some of my girls lightly used…read moreclothing. The last time I brought my stuff in, (keep in mind only my second time ever doing it), I brought shoes in a bag and ask the woman at the counter if that was all right. She told me it's more than OK to keep the shoes separate from the nice clothes. I bring my stuff and folded and organized and easy to go through. This time when I was met at the register the woman walked up and immediately told me if there was a note in my account that stated I was told not to use bags that she wouldn't be looking at any of my items. She didn't say hello or give me the benefit of the doubt or ask how many times I've done business with them before. When I explained that the last time I brought the shoes in in a bag, she said there's no way that anyone who works there would say that's acceptable. There was no note in my file saying that I was warned about bringing things in bags. She then proceeded to hold her hand out without saying anything expecting me to handover my ID and didn't speak to me again until she handed me the receipt and told me to come back when it was ready. I was with my daughter and honestly too stunned to address how rude she was. I went back and picked all my stuff back up and will never be returning to that location again. It's really such a shame. I've never had such a rude experience in a store, let alone when I'm trying to bring in my gently use namebrand stuff for other kids to enjoy. Extremely disappointed. Other staff could noticeably see that I was uncomfortable and also said nothing.
