I did order by door dash, so most likely they were not trying to make the chips soft. But for $10, would suggest they at least add another cup of the cheese. Either way, super delicious- if you get the nachos and like cheese- I would recommend asking for an extra side of it.

The ice most times is super snow like, while other times it's crystallized ice. There are about 50 flavors and any add ons you want. We got a stuffy this time, ice cream inside, but instead of putting it in the middle, they put the ice cream at the bottom of the cup, so then the ice from the snow cone didn't really form a crust around it. Now, this was advertised as the treat, but in small writing, it had extra charge for toppings. I don't like the fact that if you are advertising a special treat, you charge extra for the toppings. I assumed the money I spent on the treat covered everything and it's entirety until the treat was made, and it was missing the gummy worm and the sour powder. I ended up having to pay two dollars extra for one sour octopus gummy, and some blue powder that was sprinkled over the frozen ice. In my opinion, it definitely did not look like the picture that was being advertised nor did I feel it was worth the money I paid for it, but it is what my son wanted so I got it but I will most definitely make sure to zoom in on anything advertised for the small writing in the future.
