I wanted to have 35's put on over my 33's and when I arrived he flat out said he wasn't going to do it. I told them they clear perfectly because I already had them on and there's a lift. He agreed with all my points and said he's not doing it. It was actually a bizarre experience because he wouldn't really say why other than "legal reasons." Except that he thought it was perfectly acceptable to send us out with bald tires in the upcoming snowstorm, with brand new tires in the bed, knowing full well I will never be able to find anyone to swap them before the snow gets here. So take your chances going here and being told to "pound sand," if you have a normal set of mud tires for your truck.

Finding one of these cars had been a lengthy process and there are lots out there that can have serious hidden issues. I saw this car had low miles and was the color combination that I wanted, so I contacted Nick to find out more. This car was everything that I could've hoped it would be and was exactly as they described it (better actually). I am from Arizona and traveled all the way out there just for this car, so I had plenty of lingering hesitation in doing so, especially since I didn't know them. Let me tell you, Concord Motorsport went above and beyond throughout the entire process, from picking me up at the airport in Manchester, to putting the car on the lift to show me the undercarriage, all the way to snapping a picture of me with the car before I drove it home. When I think of a family owned business, I will forever think of Concord Motorsport. Nick and his family are some of the highest quality folks in the car industry and I would absolutely go through them to purchase another vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this business and the people who run it, just fantastic in every possible way. If you ever have the chance to use Concord Motorsport for maintenance or for purchasing a car, you cannot go wrong with them and I assure you that they will exceed your expectations, as they certainly did mine.

They are the lowest for NH state inspection around town as other places I called charged up to $60 bucks or are dishonest about their fee like Adams Auto Care when the lady told me it's $49.95 but I stated I saw online their advertisement for $29.95. She stated you must mention that to get that promotion rate which it didn't say that. Anyway, I wanted to share my fabulous and outstanding customer service phone skills as well in person skills Dan who portray exceptional professionalism. Dan didn't rush on collecting my $14.95 NH state inspection right away until my car service was rendered and completed for the payment. I paid cash but I overheard Dan informing another patron if you pay with your credit card there will be a 3% transaction fee added on top of the invoice bill. Therefore, Dan fully communicated with his patrons which is what I really appreciate when going to get your car service. Kudos to Dan for professionally representing Extra Care Auto Repair.
