We will give them another chance in the future. ******* Thank you for your service. However, this was the worst service I have ever received!! I have had my carpets professionally cleaned several times and in average it takes 3-4 hours. This crew was in and out in 40 minutes. I had to go behind the vacuum and hire another company to come back out and re-clean our carpets. This is a 5 bed room house with stairs. 1st time was 20 min and to ask this to come back in.

When they came to my house they agreed that the carpet cleaning and deodorizing would be $280. The…read morehouse was completely empty at the time of any furniture. We had already vacuumed it prior to their arrival. An elderly women came in to do the "scrubbing". I can't vacuum this house in 15 minutes and yet they supposedly cleaned the carpets thoroughly in 15 minutes. When questioned on how they were able to accomplish this so quickly he told me to go to his competitor. When asked how the carpet was already dry they claimed to have "missed that spot". The "deodorizer" he used on our carpets made them smell worse! After this experience I went and purchased products at Walmart to "reclean" the carpets. The amount of dirt, hair, and other things that came out of that carpet after they "professionally" cleaned for us was ridiculous. Buyer Beware...

I was pleased to not have to wait around. They even helped me (pregnant) move a few things I hadn't got to move yet. They were prompt and fast and did a great job! I have 3 kids and 2 indoor dogs and this rug was looking quite bad and they were able to bring it back to life pretty well.

Did not clean the carpet well at all. Still had stains that he said he would get out. Did not clean the whole carpet, if any at all. Terrible job!!!!!!! Paying them has been an issue as well. Lets just say we have had to stop two checks at the bank. Do Not Trust!!!!! When we called to talk to them after the job to check in on the situation with the payment- Could never talk to the owner and was basically told with the last contact that we could just keep our _______ payment and that they would never come back to our town. Everything briefly started out okay, but quickly turned into an unprofessional environment, extreme…read moreinconsistency, false accusations and lies. They have falsely accused me of things, lied to me and lied on me and the best part and the only positive that comes from that is that I actually have written proof of all the lies and accusations. Even with that proof presented they didn't care, it was always my fault and I lost money behind it, It's unfortunate that irresponsible individuals are allowed to operate and so-called run a business. We made an arrangement and came to an understanding that I will be able to use the work van sparingly until my personal vehicle was up and running properly again, a week later he changed his mind and then went as far as to lie about it all and say that he never agreed to that, I got that proof as well lol.The level of disrespect was not worth my peace of mind. When the owner of the company goes as far as to call contracted employees "stupid" multiple times, and blame them for the companies misinformation, they offered little to no work but at the same time actually expected me to sit at home on unscheduled days and just wait to see if they scheduled me a job and they would get upset if I went and made my own money doing my own work working for myself. They really believe that working for them you are supposed to be on call 7 days a week, they expect you to report to them and ask permission for days off LOL. Misinformation, excuses and finger pointing at its finest. And no, I am not a disgruntled ex employee. I work for myself and I have my own business, which is why I was and am able to walk away from a toxic environment or just an unprofessional situation as a whole which is exactly what this business, excuse me this so-called business is. That is all. Stay blessed

Gary and Amy are a husband and wife team and they are great people to work with. I'm in the process…read moreof selling my home and required both of their services. Amy handles the cleaning aspect of things and is doing a major deep clean for me. Gary handles grout, tile and carpet cleaning and even has a special way to remove Kool-aid stains from the carpet which I was so thankful to hear about and am utilizing. I contacted them about a month ago and explained my situation. They quoted me over the phone and said to give them a call a week or so ahead of when I would like to schedule. They are always pretty busy which means their work is on point! I called in Amy to clean my baseboards separately so my contractor could put down quarter round and she was more than happy to fit me into her schedule. I also asked Gary to clean the grout in my kitchen so the contractor could fix a few spots and he got it immaculately clean. Now they are scheduled to do a final clean and shampoo my carpets before we put the house on the market. They are the ultimate business and have REALLY helped me out. I couldn't thank them enough for the load they have taken off my shoulders. They are great people are charge reasonable prices. They have multiple people on their crews so they get the job done fast and on schedule. They communicate via phone call or text and I'm just over the moon pleased with them! Thanks Amy and Gary!
