I've been to other laser hair removal clinics and the speed and lack of detail was disappointing. I highly recommend DermaLuxe. If you can tolerate some laser pain, this is great. The cooling tip on the laser helps a lot, and some sensitive areas I use numbing cream, but overall, it's not a bad experience. Less painful than waxing for sure.

I was really nervous to start my laser treatments on my legs and bikini. I am mixed with tanned skin and very dark and coarse hair. So I was (1) scared of the pain and (2) scared of getting burned. Well now I'm on my fifth treatment, and yes it did hurt, but not as much as I thought and it got better and better each treatment. And even though I'm not done my series yet, my legs are dramatically smoother. I can't be happier with Silde's work. She is honest, patient and very experienced. I used to have next day stubble on my legs, and now they can stay non-prickly for about a week bc the hair is thinner and softer and there's just way less of it lol. And I'm only half way through! On each occasion, we arrive surprised by the location of this spa, then remember we have been there before, and become impressed by the fact that they are doing well based on their rather challenging location. Then we go in for our services and are reminded why they are doing so well - the practitioners are great! Each experience we have had here has been delightful: we are welcomed with a drink, the front staff are all very polite and friendly, and the practitioners are very professional. We have had pedicures, body treatments, and massages, and we have left each time feeling very pleased. The only reason we are not regulars, is the location. For us, it's on the opposite end of town, it requires a rather awkward u-turn to get into the mall, and while we are super pleased with the services, the actual spa space could use a bit of a facelift (but that's minor in the grand scheme of things).
