HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO KNOW IF THEY WORK OR NOT IF YOU DO NOT PUT GAS IN IT!!!!! Items must be fixed according to their policy: A gas-powered item may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with a receipt if the item has not been used, is in the original package, and has not been filled with gas. If the item does not meet the rules above, the customer must take the item to an authorized center for repair. Unless the item is under warranty, repairs are at the customer's expense. There were other issues with the thrower my friend had purchased, shifting was very difficult for her, maneuvering was very difficult. All of which was found AFTER unboxing. She did not want the item. As of now it seems she is stuck with it, even after having taken to a repair facility. So a warning to all! Do not purchase the above listed items from Menard's!!!!

They say the average time a customer spends in the store is 44 min. That's a long time and it's probably due to the store layout. I tried reaching out to someone at Menards corporate to discuss this issue. They provide an email address, so I emailed them and asked if I could speak with someone on the phone. They replied that they do NOT deal with customers over the phone - only via email. What? What kind of customer service is that? How do people without computers or email communicate with Menards corporate? Silly, really. It's sad that Menards is the only large home improvement warehouse-type store in Marinette. Honestly, if you have the time, go to Home Depot in Green Bay. The three stars is for the employees - they rock! Becki, Kayla, Kathy and Mikayla are especially awesome.

The guy that showed up wasn't very friendly and seemed rushed. He had to go back to the office and get parts which seemed to irritate him even more. Even though they charged me the labor for him driving back to the office for parts He should've brought in the first place. After replacing the zone valve, he said I was good and rushed out of here. After returning from work that night the heat still was not working. I ended up calling them back. It was a weekend and would've been charged extra for weekend hours. So I Asked if they could send somebody out during regular business hours. I didn't hear from them for three days so I called again. I was told that they were sending somebody out. They didn't show up so I called back again and he said he would send somebody the next day. Nobody showed up At the time they were supposed to be here so I called yet again. The same guy showed up frustrated and rushing. He bled the radiators in two rooms.They charged me almost $200 to have him come out and do something he should've done when he replaced the zone valve that cost me $500. I went to the office and explained what happened. The woman at the front desk told me they wouldn't have done that to me. Oh, but they did. I was also told that the manager was out of town and would call me when she got back. You guessed it I never got a call. I have phone records and proof that my heat was not working after he supposedly fixed it. They don't care About the people they serve they just want their money! So sad! Its been over a month since I had berger and king install a furnace in my house. They were to…read moreinstall a furnace, two thermostats, install metal sleeve in the chimney. Its been over a month and they have not finished or contacted me as to when they would finish. I called numerous times for them to finish but they claim they are to busy. The pvc exhaust was not glued so the seams leak from the condensation, they did not seal any of the gaps in the duct work they put in (half inc gaps in places) and they only installed one thermostat. They also did not install the metal sleeve. They told me it would be done in one day.... 6 weeks and counting! I am not satisfied one bit. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!
