It took a little driving around to figure out how to enter the parking lot and parking spaces are a bit tight. After realizing my mistake, I logged onto their website through Yelp to check the booking process. I was relieved to find the booking platform was user-friendly, which allowed me to quickly book the first available appointment (Regular pedicure with French) they had for the afternoon (12:45 PM). Shortly after booking, I did receive a text message confirmation of my appointment. I decided to find somewhere to grab a bite to eat before returning for my appointment time. When I returned I was quickly checked in by their receptionist and brought back to the pedicure chairs. I was greeted nicely but the pedicurist didn't introduce herself so I can't confirm her name, but online it said my appointment was with Lissa. There was one client leaving when I arrived and another getting a manicure. The salon is very spacious and clean. A very strong citrus scent fills the building. Very light spa music played in the background throughout my visit. The TV plays videos of various island resort beaches. The gel polish removal process was very natural. No drill was used. From there she proceeded with my pedicure which was ok. She was very gentle in handling my feet and legs. I was a bit disappointed at the cold pedicure water and there were no jets or bubbles but maybe that's included with the higher priced pedicure options. This salon is DEAD SILENT lol like you can hear a pin drop in here. Very different than what I am use to. Lissa did a good job of cleaning the nail beds and achieving my desired length and shape. The outcome of the French was also just ok. I personally didn't really care for how thin the French on my big toes were but all other nails came out flawless. Their pedicure chairs are some of the most comfortable I've experienced. The massage is gentle and doesn't violently knead your back while the chairs themselves hug you like a glove. I don't know if I would return but I would definitely recommend to anyone who lives close by. Especially anyone very big on natural nail restoration. My total was $56.65 not including tip. My itemized bill was conveniently emailed to me within minutes of checking out.

I told her multiple times that it was burning me and asked her to turn the temperature down, but she refused. On top of that, she didn't even remove all of the hair. When I politely pointed out the areas she missed, she responded with an attitude instead of addressing the issue professionally. I would not recommend this service. Professionalism, cleanliness, and listening to clients' concerns are essential, and unfortunately, this experience fell short in all of those areas.

I told the nail tech what I wanted, he showed me maybe 12 different shades in cats eye. None of them were really the baby Pink that I wanted. I asked him " there's no pink?" and he pointed at the shades I was looking at. The manicure was fine, it's not the color I wanted, but he did a good job. They sent me to a different tech for my pedicure, and she did not know how the cats eye polish even worked. She didn't know how to use the magnet, she couldn't figure out how to get it to work, and instead of asking for help right away, she just kept trying different things. I'm really unhappy with how my nails and toes came out. They don't match. While I was checking out, I see a tray of all these beautiful summer shades, including the baby pink that I wanted. I was informed I was looking at the only 12 shades of cats eye they had. I let the manager know that I was a very unhappy, and I was told that it's fine, I'll get the color I want next time, it's not a big deal. And I understand that for them it's not a big deal because it's not their $120 that just got wasted or the 2 1/2 hours that took them to do my nails and feet. There was no apology that the nail tech I was given for my pedicure was incompetent and didn't know how to use the materials in the salon. So I do not recommend the salon to anybody. I sign in and quickly taken back. Even better to book with a friend or sister. We are both taken back at nearly the same time and walk out bald about the same time. Just tell them your pain tolerance and take some ibuprofen before. Somehow you'll find yourself coming back every 3-5 weeks.
