I just had a cut in November 25 so assumed they updated my notes. Dumb me says "yes". I now have a summer fade with very little hair on top and it's sticking up because it's so short. Since it's February and 17 degrees, I'm now FREEZING! Is it too much to update client notes? never going back. stylist acted bored and never talked to me at all. Trying Marion Great clips or another shop completely. Side note: There were only 2 customers and 2 stylists. The other stylis was being very rude to her client about his input on his cut.

So short it's about four inches above my waist now. No sectioning, uneven bottom edge, choppy layers. I could have done a better job dead drunk at home with a pair of poultry shears. Does this joint not own a ruler? Didn't wet the hair down and barely used a comb while cutting. Not sure if the brush she used was sanitized either. To correct this hot mess, I am going to have to sacrifice another two inches just to even it out. And go to another salon where I pay for services again. Contacted the owner. Woman named Jaime Wood. She didn't care either. Minimized my complaint. I needed the six inches off because cancer damaged my hair. If this is the way this company treats cancer patients, they need to do much, much better.

This Walgreens is a shit hole terrible pharmacist assistance and the pharmacist..I went the last 3…read moremonths without my medications that I got prescribed a year ago from my doctor because the the union I'm part of switched from Health Link to Aetna.. and because they're ill trained and not good at their jobs I could not get my prescriptions for 3 months because they did not know how to transfer health Link to Aetna insurance and could not input the RX codes or insurance numbers in so I could afford to buy my scripts for a dollar a script and was trying to charge me $400 bucks for all my medications because they didn't know how to put in information for insurance right.. I had to have my Aetna agents call them and teach them how to input the insurance information and do their job for them.. even though I had already told a few of their staff they did not know what they were doing the pharmacist assistance and pharmacist for the 3 months I went without my meds.. because of them at Walgreens pharmacy.. if they keep it up this local Walgreens will be one of the ones they close nation wide because of their lack of staff and experience..
