In general, they're top notch and reasonablh priced. If you work a 9-5 you basically have to drop and pick things up before work because they aren't open past 5pm. I'd give them a fourth star except for a couple of issues. With my last load of laundry, they accidentally gave some of my items to someone else. It happens. The other person returned them and I got them back a few days late. I wouldn't have even docked them a star on this alone. On my other visit, I got in the door right at 9:01am. Their guideline is "in by 9am for same day service." They wanted to charge me $3 per item for same day service. For 16 items, that would be a $48 charge for being one minute late. I declined and their review drops one star accordingly.

I told her I definitely needed it Th because I'm headed out of town Friday & she said she would tag it as priority for Th. ( I forgot to see how priority was identified) She indicated I would get a text when it's ready on Th & likely it would be ready by 3pm although they state 5pm. I'm pleased to say I received a text a little before 2pm indicating my clothes were ready for pick up with a reminder they close at 6p. Two dry clean tops were $8 and some change which I feel is a fair price. I was pleased with the cleaning & ironing of my tops. That with the great customer service, I would definitely return with other dry clean items.

I've had to move away from my previous dry cleaners I frequented since pre-covid and I am glad I found Andrew Cleaner. I wanted an older couple that would give you no bs attitude, on time cleaning and a straightforward transaction for a decent price. I knew I've found it when you go on Yelp to look up the business and the owner posted a picture of himself traveling. I dropped off my suit I wore to a wedding that got rained out with the lady at the front. She gave me a number slip with a price and told me when to come back. I came back at said date and caught the older couple arguing in Vietnamese (Ahhhh just like home). She immediately saw my claim slip i had in my hand and yelled " GIVE ME". (So nostalgic, just like how my mom berated me back in the day) . NGL this is exactly what I was looking for, the suit itself looks great. I def will come back for more business!
