We have a large, rustic property that has very rough terrain, and we are trying to turn it into our home. We needed to create outdoor living space and correct some significant problems with drainage and elevation. Before we started work with Two Men & A Hoe, we had some ideas of what we wanted to achieve, but we thought everything about our property was either too expensive or impossible. As soon as they started work, they quickly made us realize that nothing was really impossible, and there were many solutions within our budget. From that point onward, they took every idea we had and made it better than what we had even hoped. We scheduled the work as soon as the schedule cleared up a bit and while we were waiting I had an enormous tree come down in a storm, falling or course, right over the road to be paved. I called Blake and he assessed the issue and added a small amount to the quote to cover removing the tree as part of the service. Very nice and convenient as I don't have a Tree guy out there yet. They completed the job in very good time, and were spot on with the quote. I love this road (sounds strange I know). It looks wonderful, will obviously last a long time, had a culvert ran under it to avoid washing out in the future (didn't even push Blake over quote) and was my favorite Christmas present to my family! I was taking bids for someone to demolish the pool and clear the land including the pool house, dead trees, and the pool house. I got about 5 bids fairly spread. However, I was sold because of Jeff and Annette's personalities. They showed up on a Harley, patiently took a look around the backyard, investigates with the city for permits and gave us a bid that was the lowest. Once the contract was signed, Jeff always showed up early, clean and respectful about the neighbors property. It was fun to see him demolish stuff and watch the passion with which he drove those CAT machines. All in all, I am thrilled with the work they did and would hire them in a heartbeat.
