We were requested for an inspection by this company's roadside mobile medics or whatever the scammers were. A man named Joshua Cork. I encountered multiple instances of poor customer service. Instead of using the company's webmail, "Joshua" uses its Gmail account. Communication was severely lacking, with delays in responding. My concerns and inquiries weren't taken seriously, leaving me frustrated and confused about the status of my project. " We are super busy and will call you later. We will send you the inspection report at the end of the day. We are working on it and compiling data then sending it to you. What disappoints me the most is the apparent lack of accountability. There was no acknowledgment of the mistakes made, and no effort was made to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening. The whole management is the same fraud, so if you want quick service or if you need assistance, don't go there.
