Derrick showed up with his big-rig tow truck on time and worked through the many complexities of preparing our rig for towing. He removed the drive shaft, filled the air bag suspension system with air from his tow truck, and was very careful to tow our rig without damage to the fiberglass front cap and the spare tire carrier extending out from the rear towing receiver.
