When we went to pick it up we were told they could not rotate the tires because a lug nut on the right passenger tire could not be removed and if forced the removal might break the spindle. Mind you this company has done the last 3-4 oil changes and tire rotations on my vehicle making their mechanic the last one to handle the lug nut on this tire approximately 3 months ago. We take it back today and ask them to finish the job by rotating the tires and that any expense should be theirs since ther mechanic was the last one to handle my tires. They got the tires rotated, but it cost us an additional $172.81 (not to mention the $62.78 cost of the oil change on Wednesday). Whatever happened to good honest work? Columbiana tire is the only mechanic to have worked on my car in the last year so if something is not right it's because of their mechanic. All I want is someone I can trust to do work on my car at a fair and honest price and that is not Columbiana Tire.--

Derrick showed up with his big-rig tow truck on time and worked through the many complexities of preparing our rig for towing. He removed the drive shaft, filled the air bag suspension system with air from his tow truck, and was very careful to tow our rig without damage to the fiberglass front cap and the spare tire carrier extending out from the rear towing receiver. Derrick was courteous, patient, and accommodating to me and my wife as we prepared the coach for the tow. We heartily recommend Mims for towing needs of any motor home of any size.
