This is the second or third time we used this company to move. They were efficient, professional…read moreand reasonable. They came down to Tucson from the Valley to help us move. They got all the major and much of the minor stuff from our old to new place rather quickly. There was a little minor damage to my electronics which absolutely was not there prior to the move. Luckily most of it was an easy fix and the one or two items which weren't they helped reimburse us for the replacements. I realize schiznit can happen and it's the first issue I've had in two major moves which they fixed in very reasonable style. One or two minor hiccups ain't enough to dampen my mood with regard to this company. 5 out of 5 stars.

Please be careful when using this company. The communication is very bad. I received a call from…read morethem through Choice Home Warranty. The technician was really nice and had lots of knowledge and from then on it went downhill. After finding out the part that I needed had a manufacturer's warranty J&J Plumbing completely dropped the ball. After not hearing from anyone in 2 weeks I called Jay and Jay and asked what was the status of my repair. Haley was the receptionist who answered the phone she said that her manager would be in late that morning and that she would give me a call in a couple hours however I never heard from her again until I decided to call back two days later. She told me they had received an email from the company but she did not understand what it meant and once again the manager was not in and that she would return the call as soon as she spoke with him. Needless to say that never happened I then called again and spoke with the Jennifer who was very helpful with the situation. This is where it turns ugly I was given the phone number to the manufacturer with the serial number which I contacted them and they told me they requested from J&J Plumbing on several emails that they needed photos of the the hot water heater and the exiting exhaust pipe whatever that might mean. J&J told me that they did send photos and when I spoke to the warranty company they said that the photos that they sent were blurry and they requested new ones. Needless to say they never received the new photos after I had been put on hold told to call back Jennifer was busy explain the story over and over to different receptionist still to get no results from anyone. I asked to speak with a manager on several occasions and one was never available and I never received a return phone call. I then call Choice warranty explain the situation to them and they got a new plumber out immediately who filed a new claim and who took pictures and turn them in properly. I'm not for sure if Jay and Jay is a family-owned business but I would like to warn all customers please be prepared to do lots of homework when dealing with them because their customer service is not up to par. They don't have a proper form of communication. And when you call to get answers about your problem they treat you as if you're the problem and not their company. I would not ever recommend refer or use this company again customers beware customer service is not their number one priority.
