It ended up being so delicate that it needed repaired after I wore it everyday for a few months. We live a bit far from Amelia island so on one of the few days we had time to make the trip up the store had been closed after a hurricane scare. An employee was present, however, and not only did they agree to let us drop the piece off to have it repaired but they also sent it to my home when finished! For Christmas this year, my husband surprised me with matching pearl necklaces for me and for our newborn baby girl. They are gorgeous pieces for us to treasure. I will definitely be a return customer at Lindy's for life.

I also brought a few pieces of jewelry in to be inspected. There is never a time that I have visited this store when the customer service has not been outstanding. I was given a date as to when the ring would be ready and was told if it was ready sooner they would call me. Before the due date, I had not only received a call, but I think an email also, that my ring was finished and ready for pickup. When I go in to pick up the ring it is ready and perfect. My pandemic chubby fingers from hibernation and Cheeto and chocolate eating were still able to get the ring on. Everyone in the store is masked up and the store is pristine clean and there is sanitizer at the back desk which you are welcomed to have some per the employees. Very important distinction because it's now run by new owner's and these guys are awesome. They are incredibly knowledgeable and super customer friendly. The shop is amazing and I'm so glad I gave this location a second chance. Back in 2020 I had just moved to the area and I was looking to establish a relationship with a good local gunsmith. I live less than 3 miles from this location. The gentleman that was there introduced himself as the owner, but not until I spent approximately 15 minutes inside waiting for him to acknowledge that I was even there. His first words to me he boastfully stated how much money he was making at the onset of Covid and that his inventory was just flying off the shelf on a weekly basis. He went on to say that he was conducting some banking business online and how great everything was for him. He never apologized for keeping me waiting or asked if he could help me with anything. And I was the only one in the store at that time. When I asked him if he could do some work on my weapons, he declined my business because he had too much work already. The last thing he said to me was that if I didn't get there prior to Wednesday every week that I wouldn't find a gun to purchase. Kind of hard to believe when he still had a moderate amount of inventory left. Needless to say this guy lost my business permanently. Unfortunately for him I have spent in the last five years, $10-$15,000 on gun related equipment. It was only because of my son-in-law who made a recent online purchase that I have returned to this place. He had a great experience and was informed by the current owners that the store had changed hands. Initially, he was not aware of my bad experience back in 2020. I'm genuinely glad I went back and if you haven't been there, you need to check this place out because again it is awesome.
