That was on 5-12-26 today on 5-18-26 the cruise control stopped working so I called Keith at 2:57 left a message it is now 5:42 and I am still waiting for a reply to my call, guess I will have to try calling again tomorrow this is the most disappointed I have ever been in a company and will say I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND FOWLER VW FOR REPAIRS OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER . If I could give another star I would. My 3 children and I are visiting from Australia. We were…read moresupposed to pick up a truck my dad left in storage and after being dropped off by uber in an unfamiliar town with all our luggage, we discovered that not only would the truck not start, but it was a public holiday we knew nothing about. That didn't stop this amazing man from coming right out and helping us. When the truck wouldn't take a jump start he took the batteries to get us new ones. He also checked to make sure all the fluids were good and even helped me to move the motorcycle my brother had left in the way of the caravan we were supposed to be picking up. He gave my thirsty kids some water and powerade and genuinely seemed to care that we were well taken care of. It gives me peace of mind to know that a mechanic gave the truck a once over and said, "It looks pretty good." And I don't know how i could've possibly moved that motorcycle by myself. I am so grateful for businesses - for PEOPLE - like this who are available when you're really stuck.

The hood is still all scratched up. They didn't paint my brush guard. And the list goes on & on. Clint is a horrible person. He only sent me updates after i called. Which was only once every two weeks. He didn't have the drive train quoted which caused my insurance to try and total my truck. And it took over two months and still wasn't complete. The lady in the office said he wasn't there when I picked up my truck but, I watched him peel out of the parking lot while i was on the phone with my insurance! I will never use Gerber again.
