On the positive side, there weren't many customers, which made it a nice escape from the tourist crowds. One thing that stood out was the coffee preparation--it involved a surprising amount of loud banging, which took away from the overall experience. Fortunately, the coffee itself was good and had a satisfying flavor. Overall, if you're simply looking for a decent cup of coffee away from the crowds, it may be worth a stop, but don't expect a particularly warm or inviting atmosphere.

Every time and every location was always packed so I know they're very popular. This is a great location. There was always a line, even early in the morning, so expect to wait like you would for a Starbucks coffee. We went several times to this location during our trip. The coffee is perfect. Everything we ordered was perfect. Eating in or taking away - no complaints at all. My only two suggestions would be fix the code system on the bathroom (we had similar issues at other locations - the code sometimes doesn't want to work) and ask for names with orders. I accidentally took someone else's coffee and left (sorry!) because I assumed it was my order until I took a sip. Otherwise, I'd go every day if I lived nearby and if you're looking for some properly done iced coffee this is definitely the place to visit.
