So about two and a half years ago, I made the mistake of contacting this company for rug cleaning…read more You can read my previous reviews of this so called business in this space below and how they were supposed to get back to me. Yet they still have not. To this day, I still have not heard from management to explain how they lost my rug for three and half months in Atlanta and how they happened not to get it clean while ripping the linen edges off the rug I entrusted to them. I mean, this is awful service. They took my rug and cashed my check immediately but returned the rug in worse condition - three and a half months later - in worse shape then when they picked it up. Truly and deeply appalling service. I encourage you to look anywhere but to this company. Frankly, in my experience and opinion, they are not a legitimate business. They suck as far as I can tell, and there are other reviews to support that conclusion. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

So more like $450! We were assured that the dirt would not resurface. We liked the two guys who did the work and even tipped them! As they left they said "if you have any problems just call us". So when the dirt that was not suppose to resurface in our hallway did in fact resurface, I called. And called. And called. When I did speak to a call center person, they were quick to inform me that there was only a 30 day gaurantee on dirt and stains reappearing. I never once said I wanted anything for free I just said I wanted to talk to someone about it and wanted to talk about getting our ducts cleaned. I have had several promises that a supervisor would call me within 24 hours because they were busy. It has been days ando far, no calls.

5/24 only 1 room and I moved all the furniture before the tech arrived…read more Need cleaning, deodorized, and protected. Online confirmation quoted $95.00 for all 3 services for one room. Tech immediately told me that the price was too low and that if I wanted the protection it would be another $40.00. I was not happy. I told him just clean and deodorize. I did not smell any cleaning deodorizer or carpet shampoo. He was in and out in 15 min. The carpet still smelled like the dogs. I'll just go to the grocery and rent their carpet cleaner. BUT I WANT MY $95.00 BACK! I paid the bill online about an hour later. And, then my credit card was hacked and $1000s of dollars in charges from all sorts of places were on my account. Luckily my credit card company froze my account and I veried which charges were mine. (several days before 5/24 - none on 5/24 other than carpet cleaning and only one on 5/26).
