The company's attention to detail makes them a contender in a world of pretenders. I had the company clean an empty rental that had been trashed and was vacant. When Lifemaids finished, the property looked like new construction. Carpets appeared to be newly laid, when just days before, were rampant with kool-aid stains and what appeared to be motor oil. Now were clean as a pin. Highly recommend! You will not regret the decision!

They showed up on time, That's The ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY. After the Technician showed up I told him I had changed Inlet water screen, ignitor and flame rods and had flushed the system. He called Rinnai Tech Support, checked a few things I had already pretty much ruled out and after about 1 1/2 hours, in his own words .... "Ran diagnostic on Rinnai tankless heater with Rinnai proline. Came to conclusion that burner needs replaced or pulled and cleaned" .... He proceeded to tell me it would be $230 for today's visit and he was leaving....I asked him well that's all your going to do and he replied well I could pull the burner and clean it but Rinnai stated it would be 8 hr job at $120 and hour or he could put me in a NEW tankless for $4,000..... I thought he was kidding at first but realized he wasn't and he was leaving and I had NO HOT Water and a wife that was pissed!!! We had been without hot water for days!!!!! I THOUGHT Calling a So Called Professional Plumber was what I needed to do as to not void any warranty...BIG MISTAKE.... After stewing about NO HOT water for the weekend and possibly having to find a way to get it fixed, I looked to YouTube for videos on cleaning burners on Rinnai tankless system...I found a video from a Professional Technician . https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hmD4v3lm0-8. After watching a 7 1/2 minute video on taking burner out and cleaning it had to take out the burner and clean it, BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE HOT WATER!!! It took me about an hour to take burner out, clean it, blow it out and put everything back together!! Guess what??? I have Hot Water Now because I fixed it, Not this so called Professional Company!!! I cannot recommend this company enough! Hire them, you will be so happy you did!…read more I just purchased a newly built home, and the windows were completely covered in construction dust and grime. When I called Superior Shine, they sent out their manager the next day to look at the job in person, then sent a written quote the day after that, and got me on their schedule as soon as I accepted the quote. The day prior to the appointment, they sent me an email reminding me of the upcoming service and telling me that they would call when they were on their way to our home. Sure enough, first thing the next morning I got a call from Spencer, one of the four young men who came to work on the house, and he accurately predicted they would be to my house within 45 minutes. The four young men who worked on my windows today were all incredibly polite, professional, well-groomed, well-spoken, and very good at their job. They explained any potential problems they saw with the windows themselves, and they cleaned them to a sparkling shine. I will be having them do my windows three times a year, have recommended them to all my friends and neighbors, and will continue to do so.
