I've been looking for a place to send my daughter for a procedure she's worried about and wanted to have done for years but been very concerned about the recovery. I got a chance to talk to Dr Temmen extensively about it and I'm bringing my daughter back for sure. Also, The staff were incredibly down to earth and helpful which really put me at ease. The nurse came in to do my Botox and I think her name was Erika. We had a great conversation and a few laughs while she did the procedure. She even gave me this little vibrating pen to hold on my collar bone to take my mind off the injections. IT REALLY HELPED! I was just really impressed with this place and especially Dr Temmen. From the very first appointment, he made the entire process smooth, reassuring, and stress-free. While waiting for surgery, I developed dermatitis (skin allergy) from the prosthetic bra insert that I purchased online. Dr. Soler thoughtfully postponed the procedure to allow everything to fully heal so we could minimize any risk of infection and ensure the best possible outcome. That level of care and attention meant so much to me. He has an incredible bedside manner, takes the time to answer every question, and genuinely cares about his patients. I felt completely confident in his hands. I am beyond thrilled with my results. If you're looking for a skilled, compassionate plastic surgeon in the Tampa area, I highly recommend Dr. Soler.

I called the office, explained my situation and that I had my implants removed in 2015 and asked if it's possible to still have breast implant illness. Whoever I spoke to basically talked me in to a consultation with Dr. Soler and since he doesn't take insurance, the consult fee was $75. Everything I read on the website led me to believe that Dr. Soler is THE BII SPECIALIST and I figured it would be worth a shot to see if I could finally get some answers. I showed up 2 minutes past my appointment and had the office calling me to see where I was (parked out front of the office). I paid the consult fee and when Dr. Soler's assistant took me back to a room, she said "so you're here for a consult to remove your breast implants?".... Ummm noooo. I made it very clear on the phone before I scheduled the consult that they were removed in 2015 and confirmed this again when I checked in, before paying the consult fee. When it was all said and done, I got no help and am now out $75. And when you're living on social security, $75 is A LOT of money. Please be careful if you're interested in scheduling a consult for breast implant illness if your implants have already been removed. There was zero reason for them to schedule a consultation so the doctor could tell me that he couldn't do anything to help me rule out BII or in general!!!

I went in for a simple breast implant exchange in February and I ended up having three surgeries with him and had to leave his care in May to go to Baycare wound care because a wound opened up in my breast and he never tried to find the source of why my skin continued to break down. I had a Seroma that developed and he kept telling me I had an infection despite TWO negative cultures. 2 minutes into the care of Dr. Tas at Baycare and he found the seroma and I stopped leaking so much liquid within 24 hours. I am now in debt over $20,000 and have to have a reconstructive surgery by a better plastic surgeon in six months that will cost me $16,000-$30,000. I also have only one implant in because of all of this. It will end up costing me 36k minimum and a year anc a half of my life and he nor his staff cares... at all! I tried to tell him over and over that something was not right, but he spent less than two minutes with me at each appointment and simply did not care. My skin continued to break down, the wound continued to get bigger and I had fluid flowing steadily out of my body, and he still rushed his time with me. I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience and the outcome of my breast surgeries…read more After my initial breast augmentation, I developed what appeared to be an allergic reaction to the surgical tape, which led to serious complications. My incisions would not heal properly, and eventually both implants had to be removed due to the complications. I then waited several months to allow my body to heal before undergoing another surgery to have the implants replaced. During my final surgery, the manufacturer donated a mesh bra to help provide additional support and improve implant placement. Unfortunately, after everything I went through, I have been left with significant scarring from the infection and healing complications. One breast now sits noticeably lower than the other, my areolas are uneven, and the overall cosmetic result is far from what I expected. Given that a mesh bra was used to provide additional support, I did not anticipate experiencing such noticeable implant asymmetry. While I understand that complications can occur with any surgery, the final outcome has been devastating both physically and emotionally. What has also been disappointing is that after my fourth surgery, no one discussed the possibility of performing a breast lift at the same time to help address the effects of the previous complications and improve the final result. Looking back, I believe that conversation should have taken place so I could have made a fully informed decision. What has been even more upsetting is that after enduring multiple surgeries, lengthy recoveries, pain, emotional distress, and significant financial expense, I was told I would need to pay additional money to correct these issues. During my follow-up consultation, I was quoted approximately $8,000 for implant removal and a breast lift. Although the office reduced the original cost, I was still expected to pay thousands of dollars to address problems that resulted after multiple procedures. I understand that no surgeon can guarantee a perfect outcome, and I was not expecting corrective surgery to be performed at no cost. However, I also did not expect to be faced with another $8,000 expense after everything I had already endured. My advice to anyone considering surgery is to thoroughly research your surgeon, ask detailed questions about how complications are handled, and understand what options are available if you are dissatisfied with your results. Those conversations are just as important as the surgery itself.

I got my nose and chin done in Dec 2024. It has been over a year now and I simply am not happy with…read morethe results of my nose. My original nose had an over-projected tip, a large dorsal hump, long nostrils, and a bulbous tip. Dr. Davis agreed with all the imperfections of my nose. Just one month after my nose job, I started to notice irregularities of my nose. I noticed a bump on one side of my nose, which I felt and could very clearly see. I also noticed that the tip was still bulbous and now one of my nostrils seemed to collapse inward. Additionally, Dr. Davis did correct my deviated septum, although I never had any issues with breathing before, and don't notice a difference now. When I brought up my concerns to Dr. Davis, he claimed it was swelling and that I wouldn't see the final result for up to a year. So I waited a year, and my nose did not get any better. Also, just a few months after the surgery, he injected a steroid and filler in my nose. Also, he took a piece of fascia from my scalp, and I now have a bald spot there. The fascia was apparently going to be placed on the bridge to ensure a smooth look. However, there is a ridge down the center of my bridge that I can see and feel regardless of the fascia being there. It appears that the time was not taken to ensure my nose was smooth at the bridge. Anyway, at the year mark, he said that I would need a revision, and he offered to do it for free. However, after thoughtful consideration, I've decided that I do not want Dr. Davis to touch my nose again. I strongly believe that you should never go back to the same surgeon to fix what he couldn't do right the first time. I read a review from a patient that said they were constantly given the "swelling excuse", when it is not a swelling issue but a surgical skill issue. I have also read a few reviews saying he is overly confident in his abilities, which I do agree with. I remember reading these reviews before my surgery, but I ignored them because I thought it couldn't happen to me. DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Dr. Davis is a kind doctor w/ great bedside manner, but that isn't going to cut it when I paid over $18k on a nose that is now botched. I thought that I could achieve my desired results w/ dr Davis, but that wasn't the case. I don't want to sound like a Karen, but I am disappointed in the results of my nose and am truly frustrated in having to spend another few grand elsewhere to fix my nose. My nose looks bad from every angle, and you can see the asymmetry, especially from the top view. PHOTO BREAKDOWN: I have attached a few photos so you can see exactly what I'm talking about. Photos 1 and 2 are my original nose. You can see the unflattering dorsal hump. Photos 3 and 4 are just 2 weeks after having the cast removed. You can see at an angle that there is a bump on the side of my nose. The tip looks bulbous and droopy. Definitely not a lifted cute button nose like I wanted. You can see in the 4th pic how crooked my nose looks, and it doesn't look much different now. My columella looks uneven, and you can see the side bump at the view as well on the right side. The last four pictures are from today. I really dislike how crooked my nose looks from the top view (pics 5 and 7). I feel like the 4th pic (taken Jan 18 2025) looks just about the same as the 8th pic (taken February 3 2026). Which I believe confirms that swelling was not the issue. Looking at the images makes me more frustrated with how bad my nose looks at every single angle. This is not swelling. This is clumsy work. Which is especially disappointing from a surgeon who claims to specialize in facial plastic surgery and rhinoplasties. For my consultation with a plastic surgeon in Orlando in March, I will have to address the bump on the side of my nose, the ridge down the center, attempting to make my nose slightly sloped if possible, the bulbous and droopy tip, the uneven columella, the uneven nostrils, and the bald spot on my scalp, all of which Dr. Davis made worse or did not address. Also, I would like to add that Kate in the med spa is simply the best. She does a 10/5 star job every time and is the only injector I want touching my face. I get filler and Botox with her, and she always does an amazing job. She never does too much, and I always get compliments on my lips. She is the only reason I will be returning to the office. Period!
