Starting with the service, It did take me a couple weeks to get a personal trainer but they did end up reaching back to me and now I work with a trainer. They have multiple there and although I have not met everyone, the ones I have are very nice. One drawback is it's kind of difficult to cancel the membership, you have to go in person and talk to someone about it. The quality of the machines are normal, it's definitely a cardio focused area but there are plenty of strength machines and a good amount of free weights. They also have nice locker rooms, showers, and restrooms! The atmosphere is more calm and mind your business on the slower hours but during busier hours less calm. It does seem to be busy most of the time but you can still find a machine. During rush hour it does get pretty difficult to find machines. Overall I would recommend if you need a gym!

This gym is exceptionally clean, they provide clean hand towels and small sanitizer bottles. A lot of gyms don't do that. The equipment is top notch, with an excellent variety of cardio treadmills, stationary bikes, rowing machines, stair climbers, and cable weight machines to target any part of your body you want. There is also a big free weight area with multiple bench press/ squat racks, two deadlift platforms, preacher curl bench, linear. leg press .. the list goes on and on!! The three restrooms are very clean, well stocked, and provide some necessary incidentals. Now for the staff: Amazing.!! So kind and welcoming, extrem knowledgeable and friendly.. All of them clearly love what they do, and their enthusiasm is contagious and inspiring. i can't say enough about how great they all are! The owner has done an absolutely fantastic job outfitting this gym, and has hired the best trainers available. it's a really great gym, and i'm thankful to all the people who make up it's community and especially the trainers!

I learned so much from her and her passion/energy is also represented in every square inch of the gym. Always renovating; bringing in new equipment, establishing relationships with clients, etc. It's amazing what her and her husband have accomplished with such little space to work with. It is a small gym but it's also one where it's never overcrowded and has just about anything you would need or ask for. The place is completely unstaffed, and filthy. The locker rooms stink. Half of the locker doors are broken. The equipment is held together by duct tape. But its great for the management because there is no one to complain to. No one is ever there. I am trying to quit again, but no one picks up their phone, and there is no voicemail. This is a gym in the late stages of sad decline, with non-existent customer service. Don't waste your time here.

This place is CLEAN!!! September is always cleaning when she is there, plus the members are super good about wiping down the equipment after each use. I have never had to wait on a piece of equipment. Plenty of cardio and weight machines, as well as a squat rack and bench, and lots of free weights. There is a separate room where they do classes (spin, I think, for example), and there are TRX straps, resistance bands, and smaller hand weights in there. There are 4 or 5 TV's plus some of the cardio machines have TV's with Live TV, Netflix, and Hulu. Music is usually classic rock at a sane volume which works for me!! We really like this gym and would recommend it to anyone who wants a chill place to work out. Members are typically quiet and keep to themselves.

It had to be in my name for the billing purposes and even though I never used it in the 24 hours I had it, they won't transfer it into his name. I have to cancel, lost my money and but a membership in his name even though he's a minor. All of his friends use their parents memberships and my son pays the visitor fee to go with them. But they won't let him use the top membership I just bought him. Discrimination much? My son's friend are white and he's not. Absolute WORST customer service of any gym we've ever been to. No accountability, they just give you a GMAIL address to email your complaint to and take your money. Do not do business with this scam of a business. ​
