Or the kids can take home a starter ukulele in glittery blue or pink. The floors got a major upgrade and match warmly with the new blue walls! The have a waiting room for the kids providing siblings with chapter books, coloring pages, or pop-its. The kids love this spot! Finally the practice rooms look lovely and held a major upgrade too. I had to call again today and was told refunds are taking FIVE WEEKS, then again was told I could not be transferred to a manager. They had no extension to give me of any manager so that when I called back, I could speak directly to one. They had to submit an email asking the manager to call me. Just like happened last week when no manager ever called me. So at this point, I am out $170 for a string base that I've never even laid eyes on let alone had in my possession. They are basically stealing my money. I have worked in retail. I have worked in customer service. I know it does not take five weeks to refund someone's credit card. And it certainly shouldn't take 5-6 phone calls. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever come in contact with my 58 years on this planet.
