I texted back giving this guy an entire week of availability to reschedule and asked that he let me know. I never heard back. it's been a week and still no followup from this company. We reached out to several landscaping firms for estimates and not only was Humberto quick to respond, he was also the first to provide us with a comprehensive sketch and estimate for the job. Humberto was eager to provide us with a plan that worked within our budget and created a beautiful and inviting space for us to play with our dog, entertain friends, and relax in front of the fire pit. Humberto and his team worked diligently as they pulled weeds, removed trees and shrubs, excavated the broken pond and rotted deck, and leveled the mess of raised beds. They then installed a paved patio, gravel-framed fire pit, and a level lawn with landscaping accents and a cute Bloodgood Japanese maple tree. Primeland completely transformed our overgrown backyard into a beautiful outdoor entertainment and living space. They did good edging but that was about it. They checked in before leaving and I pointed out weeds in areas and pruning of overgrown bushes that were missed. They only took care of half of the things I had pointed out. They mentioned they'd be back to spray the weeds but it has been a week and they have not returned. Nice people but overall the work wasn't spectacular. I won't be using them again and will go with another landscaping company next time even though I'll pay a little more.
