In addition the person running the project was surly, brought his family onto my property after hours to see what he was doing without asking which was rude and I believe illegal. To top it all off when I saw an issue with potential to seriously damage my house, even after providing pictures of my concern, was told to call them if I needed another retaining wall. Luckily we found a reliable substitute, for about half the cost. We stopped using them for landscaping last year due to a very expensive quote - even after removing some services. For 50% less, I bought high quality equipment (riding mower, tools) and could hire local teenagers - and keep the equipment for the following years.
