My appointments are always with Rachel, she is absolutely top notch at waxing and is very thorough and gentle. She makes the process as easy as possible and I honestly look forward to our monthly visits. I greatly appreciate how easy it is to schedule upcoming appointments via text. I get a prompt response and it's easy to get the day and time that works for me. The business is cheery, cute and very clean. I went to Lisa once and my results have lasted over a year now! Some places water down their products and she definitely doesn't do that. On one hand you imply I didn't leave a message, on the other you imply I specified what my concerns are and they weren't left in any message. Both lies. Dishonesty is not a good look. Finally, you said this could have been resolved directly. I called you directly and left messages directly. How much more direct could I have been? She did a lot to my skin for being a mini facial and the price was PERFECT!! I also had her give me eyebrow wax and that was also amazing best wax in a lot long time! She is very quick and gentle, you know how waxing can be, she's amazing! She also does spray tans and I'm already booked for that!! One thing she did which I thought was super sweet is she gave me some very generous samples if her skin care line. Which all smell amazing! Biggest thing for me is cleanliness!
