Initially, I was intimidated by the size of the book and the hours of the class. What she/we accomplished in 2 weeks would have taken me several months. Unfortunately, I took the class during the winter holiday season (lots of celebrating with family and friends) and while in the process of moving from MD to FL. As such, I was delayed and lost a bit of motivation with respect to preparing for the exam. However, what I appreciated most about Crystal is that she followed me through to the end encouraging me all along when she could have just been finished when the class ended - like most. Like another review states there is some quick staff turnover and there are several young people hired that I also question their qualifications. I always receive quick responses from the director. All staff are always respectful, kind, and outgoing. They have made it a point to know who my children are and can bring them to me easily at aftercare sign out. I appreciate the regular communication via the app. My girls always talk about how much fun they had, how nice the staff and other kids are and how much they like it. Their prices where competitive with the one other option I found in the area. They also offer opening on holidays based on an attendance poll ahead of time. I am looking forward to seeing how their summer camps run. Throughout the year and during the summer they offer a lot of field trips.
