During such a sensitive and emotional time, her behavior was incredibly unprofessional and lacked basic compassion. She was impatient, dismissive, and even rolled her eyes while we were performing a cultural ritual to honor and say goodbye to our grandmother. We were delayed about 20 minutes because a few family members took a wrong turn, but during that time, we could have been given the opportunity to spend meaningful final moments with our loved one. Instead, that opportunity was taken from us. When we were finally allowed to view our grandmother, we were given only a few seconds, barely enough time to process the moment, while Lizzy counted down with her fingers. It felt rushed, cold, and deeply disrespectful. She then left immediately afterward, offering no support or understanding. This is a beautiful graveyard where our family members are laid to rest, and in the past, we've had directors who were kind, patient, and accommodating. That is why this experience was especially shocking. No grieving family should be treated with such insensitivity. I truly hope no one else has to go through what we experienced.

We chose Price because the crematorium we originally went to, pushed corporate owned funeral chapels on us that were coincidently their sister companies after we realized our mistake. We said no thank you to that and found Price while driving home and made an appointment the very next day. At no point during that meeting did Price try to sway our opinions or choices to fit their interests like the crematory did, so it was an immediate relief when they took grandma into their care. Jeremy was kind and dedicated a whole two hours out of his busy day to meet with us and make arrangements exactly how grandma would have wanted. He walked us through every step and explained everything to us in full detail on what to expect, and he even wrote down a list for us with what we needed to do on our end to prepare for the funeral. He connected us with a pastor and told us about the local cemeteries nearby and their differences and contacted the one we chose for us to initiate the arrangements. Price went above and beyond for us and it showed on the day of the service. They posted an obituary that the family wrote and dedicated to my grandmother which the cemetery then posted online when searching for her plot. A nice touch that wasn't realized until later on. Everything during the service was beautiful and it went off without a hitch which is all we could ask for. Thank you for taking my grandmother into your care and helping us through this difficult time.

Everything else was there except for the rosary. I looked around and noticed that there were rosaries on other graves but I guess because mine wasn't plastic and had shiny crystals someone just had to have it. I bought that rosary from my church. People came from Bethlehem to sell things during mass that they made in the holy land and I bought it specifically for my parents' grave. I guess you can't even trust a Catholic cemetery. Just a warning: Do not put anything of sentimental value on the graves at this place. There are obviously thieves there happily looting the graves. Ridiculous. It could have been anyone: a patron visiting another grave, a person the cemetery hired from the outside, an employee, a groundskeeper. Who knows? You would think that theft wouldn't happen in a place like this. From now on I'm just putting fake flowers on the grave now that I know there are thieves that come to this place. What kind of person steals things off someone's grave? Just unbelievable. My parents deserve better.

I can't say enough about the workmanship and service that Sergey has provided for my family…read more Between 2020 and 2025, my family experienced several heartbreaking losses, with three family members passing away. During those difficult times, Sergey's expertise, compassion, and knowledge helped create a beautiful monument that truly honors my loved ones. It has been six years since the monument was created, and I still receive compliments on it to this day. Sergey also took the time to give me helpful maintenance tips to help preserve the monument for years to come. Although his business is based in Auburn and the monument is located in Stockton, after the passing of my nephew in October 2025, Sergey made the trip to personally add my nephew's name and picture to the monument. Since he noticed that I had carefully maintained it over the years, he even went the extra mile and darkened the lettering that had naturally faded -- at no additional charge. Sergey is honest, professional, and dependable. His timelines are accurate, and his quality of work speaks for itself. Life goes on, and unfortunately I know I may need to add more family members in the future. As long as Sergey is still in business, there is no one else I would trust or rather work with.

Although a burial at the Veteran's Cemetery in Dixon would have been cheaper since my grandfather is an army veteran, we chose fair oaks because of how close it is to our family in Rancho cordova. The grounds are beautiful and well cared for. When you walk through the aisles, some of the graves are 100 years old and others are very recent. Many of the them are well visited and the array of different memorials to look at is astounding and heartbreaking. My grandmother is buried under a nice tree in the back of the cemetery. I like that when we looked up her plot, they included her picture and obituary the family dedicated to her. Only complaint I have is that they picked the wrong obituary and we had to contact them to change it for us. They were very quick to revise and all is good. Eventually my mothers ashes will be interred with my grandmother, as well as my grandfather when he passes. My sister and I will be in the plot beside them eventually. Nice to be able to make plans all at once and get it out of the way.
