From start to finish we were very pleased with PSM Monuments employees Lidiya and Laura. They were very helpful with helping us design our head stone. Once done the stone was ordered. When the stone was delivered it was discovered the vendor sent the wrong stone. We spoke with the owner who upgraded our stone with the same price of our original stone. my brother passed away in october 2021, but it wasn't until january i was able to begin the headstone assignment: his final tribute. this was due to the fact that i lived in oregon, and there much finalizing with an untimely event as this. i had a list of monument companies that were nearby the cemetery, and after visiting p.s.m.'s website as well as reading reviews, i was certain of my choice. i need to stress that this was also during the (ongoing) unfortunate time of "...shipping delays & employee churn..." due to the covid strains. there is so much experience in their business, understanding of the client's needs, and how that combination worked with me in achieving exactly what i wanted the monument to look like. it was so consistent: from the initial friendly phone call, to the price quote, and availability of the granite, to the expected completion date (which happened almost 2 months sooner!). they emailed mock-ups of the design i wanted, and made sure it was exactly how i wanted it to appear before applying it to the granite. they even sent me photos when it was installed at the cemetery. this was more than i could have hoped for in dealing with a company long distance. thanks, and much appreciation to sergey, natalie, lidiya, and the entire crew of p.s.m. mounuments in translating my brother's final tribute into a reality of love. i told them i would gladly write up a review for them. i only wish i could have written it earlier - when all was said & done - but i had medical issues that became a priority. read more

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with PSM Monuments. We came in on 7/19/19 and had an idea of what we wanted. We took pictures of the book with pictures of cross and birds (& other symbols). We got a clear quote and paid half of it upfront. We were told it would take three months for the stone to arrive. At about three months we contacted Sergey about specifics of what we wanted. The picture we gave him wasn't the biggest or the best, but he changed the background and was somehow able to make it work. The picture was beautiful! He had a design a week or two later. We picked which design we liked. We went in to pay it in full the next Monday and it was installed that Friday! Right before the Thanksgiving holiday and all the other holidays. We just completed a custom headstone job for our parents. This was a large custom-made stone of unusual size and shape, and PSM gave us a very competitive bid on the project. Absolutely everything went wrong with this project; it should have been completed in a few months, and it took about two years. Unfortunately, we had to bury our 2 months old granddaughter who died so suddenly. The cemetery recommended a place across the street to get the tombstone. After we visited the place, we decided to look for another business with a better service, a place that put the effort to make us happy to have a tombstone that reflects the soul of our granddaughter. Then, I read in yelp about PSM Monuments. Even though it was out of they way for us, we decided to give it a try. When we visited the place, we were impressed with their service. They worked with us to find the perfect tombstone for our angel. We worked with their design team to get the perfect inscription on the stone with the fonts and symbols we wanted. My family and I had purchased a headstone for my mother in January 2021 and we were quoted it would be ready by spring April/May timeframe. Well they lied and never kept me updated to what was going on. I had to call them and ask. They responded " Due to Covid they were set behind." This was understandable due to circumstances but then they pushed it back again with no phone call. So I called again and they said it was stuck in shipment. We basically waited 9months for a headstone quoted at 3 months. My family was really hoping it would be ready by Spring of 2021 or at least by August for my mother's memorial and sadly it's still not ready. We are now waiting for someone to get back from vacation. My feelings are really hurt my mother passed August 2020 and we still have no headstone for her. They took payment and never communicated, unless you call. They are nice and professional when they want your money but have no urgency and rude when you ask questions. So if you want something within 3 months do NOT COME HERE!!! It will take an additional 7 months on your installation. If I knew this I would have gone with an different company. read more

At first we reached out to one of the "specialists" in Roseville who spent months working on the stone and never was actually able to finish it. Then after looking around I found PSM Monuments in yellow pages and decided to give them a call to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sergey (owner) who was very professional and courteous. The more I spoke with Sergey about my request the more confident I was getting about his workmanship and artistic skills. Sergey is very honest and does what he says and he certainly proves it with his amazing work. I brought Sergey a very old, textured and discolored photograph and it is truly amazing what he did to get an outstanding and mind blowing portrait out if it. Sergey spent hours working on that portrait and made adjustments as we requested. He went above and beyond with his work and did what he said he would do. Losing a loved one is very difficult, but to have an honest, courteous and professional individual work on creating a monument that will allow you to remember and honor your loved one is priceless...
