She says, "ok" and makes a new appointment for me in two more weeks . She NEVER asked why I wanted to reschedule and never apologized for my wait. After sitting in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND FORTY SEVEN MINUTES I would think they would have some sort of empathy for the patient that just waited for nearly two hours for an appointment. Typical high desert service. I was so happy to find a doctor in the high desert that had more than two stars... sadly, this place is just like the rest of the medical offices up here. They don't give a S... about you or your time. Call lights were answered promptly, and the staff was very helpful and professional. My nurses were amazing, and one even offered to take me on a walk around the unit at midnight when I was feeling anxious. I really appreciated that.
