After sitting in the waiting room for ONE HOUR AND FORTY SEVEN MINUTES I would think they would have some sort of empathy for the patient that just waited for nearly two hours for an appointment. Typical high desert service. I was so happy to find a doctor in the high desert that had more than two stars... sadly, this place is just like the rest of the medical offices up here. Call lights were answered promptly, and the staff was very helpful and professional. My nurses were amazing, and one even offered to take me on a walk around the unit at midnight when I was feeling anxious. I really appreciated that.
