I really enjoyed working with Steve, as he is very personable and easy to work with. In the planning phase of the project, Steve looked for ways to save me money as well as proposing improvements that would result in a more rugged structure based on my requirements. We broke ground in January 2021, and by June, I was able to begin working from the office. The subcontractors Steve uses are talented craftsmen who know their trade well and are as proud of the work they do as I am of the completed project. Whether it was pumping cement 250 feet downhill into the woods in 25 degree winter weather to framing out the structure before an imminent snow storm, Steve's team was dependable and professional. I would happily recommend Steve and his team for any project and plan to hire them again for a major deck and outdoor hardscape project around my pool in the future.

After you sign that contract your just another number in there book, You bring up issues with the quality of work to your general contractor over and over with no repairs being made and only being told to let them do there work with very few items that was brought to there attention being fixed. Expensive so called custom homes that are thrown together as fast as possible and do not care about the quality as they try to hide everything before you can see it, carelessness and poor quality of work I urge you to look around at other home builders before making the mistake we did with our forever home that we are stuck with.
