She was just watching her kid and multiple clients at a time but didn't monitor the solution she was placing on my lashes. I called her and she said to come in so she could redo it which is insane because the last thing someone should do if lashes are FALLING OFF is apply more chemicals. The right thing to do would have been to offer a refund and actually apologize for the damage caused. I am NEVER going back here and would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional service
