This place is ok when I don't have internet available or I need a printer. The decor is plain. They…read morehave snacks you can buy. The customer service is ok as well-- nothing spectacular. They will charge you $3 if you use the computer and/or internet for 1-30 min and $5 for an hour usage. $1 per page to fax and they're only open till 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. They also make copies. For me, the $3 charge (for 1-30 min of computer use) is somewhat unreasonable because I only go to this place to print or fax and it literally only takes me a minute to print or fax my material coming from my USB or email. Then I'd have to pay for the printing or fax too. Kind of a rip off but hey, they place into my convenience factor when the library in closed and plus I live nearby. Overall, I only go here once in a blue moon because I have to at times. If I had a printer, fax machine and continuous internet connection, I'd probably never come here again.

I called and asked How much it would cost to print. I was…read moretold 10cent a sheet. I walked in, and said "Hello, I need to print Immediately, the girl said "Have a seat at the computer. So, I did. inserted my usb, opened the document, and clicked print. Got to the check out with 20cent in hand, and was charged $3.00!!! So Im being charged for using your jinky computer for 45 seconds? Smh, I don't care how convenient it is. Ill drive to Office depot... where I can send my document to their email, and they print it, for 10-15cent. Then she said, that's why we have all the signs up saying that the computer use is $3.00. When I called in she should have said. WE CHARGE 10CENT A SHEET, PLUS $3.00 FOR COMPUTER USE! NOT TO MENTION AN ADDITIONAL DOLLOR FOR USING YOUR DEBIT CARD! I spent $4.00 for 2 pieces of paper. smh

I've been going to see Brian for years now since he was 'Bridge Monkey' at the other location. I…read morehave to make sure I give myself extra time even if I'm just grabbing a cappuccino, frozen coffee or a bite to eat because, I always end up doing more or talking more than I had planned. Obviously the food and coffee and everything here is wonderful or I would not give it a perfect rating. The dining and gaming areas are not right on top of each other so you don't have to worry hearing the games while enjoying your scrumptious meal. However if you do decide to check out the games you can do so in many ways. You can just do an hour or two, all day, or even all weekend. I know he's open til like midnight on Fridays and Saturdays which is great. I believe he has all the game systems and tons of games for them, not to mention super comfy chairs that I kinda want to take home with me. In terms of the computers, his are incredible ! He's got tons of various games installed on them, pretty much anything you play will be on there and not just the online ones. I'll be honest, I was always rather sad going home to my PC after spending a few hours on one of his. That being said, my fiancee and I were once again dealing with some dumb name brand PC's messing up on us after only like a year. He tried to help us over the phone, but it eventually became apparent that they were just goners. With dead PC's we kinda wanted something fast and were wary of getting a custom built. However as we talked it out and spoke to Brian we realized how much better it would be. In stores I would have just been getting one out of the box, but I realized I still had a great monitor and such. I talked to Brian and realized I could get a really nice tower built for the same as the "out the box" one and that not needing a monitor allowed me to make a rather impressive one (well, two). He gets information about what you do/plan to do with your computer in order to build the best one that suits your needs for the price you've said. It was so nice to turn on the computer and it basically be ready. He had thoroughly tested it in every way he could think to. I did not have to spend forever getting rid of unnecessary programs because a custom built doesn't come with all that crud they have companies trying to sell you. It did take him 2 weeks but that was because we had wanted to try this brand new board that had just been released. Turns out that it was flawed and so we lost a week there. You'll just have to ask how busy he is and what time frame you're looking at. He won't take any offense, I think he realizes that we all wait til the last minute to replace a PC. He custom built all the PCs you see in his place so you'll be able to see what he can do. It's so nice not to feel sad when coming back to my own PC anymore. And it's also nice to know that after talking to a few of his customers, that I could expect it to last 2-3 times longer than a major name, slapped together one. I should also mention that I see him always doing some sort of event. It might be a Magic Booster Draft, Xbox tournament, World of Warcraft "night" or something else entirely. As you could guess by my long glowing review, I highly recommend that you go see Brian and his wonderful wife over at T3 cafe. Even if it's just for a great meal or cappuccino. - Colton
