So far this is the only place that I've know or seen to be the best and cheapest price. I did compare my filing on Turbo tax and nothing can beat this location! Everything came out the same but it's a lot cheaper here ar NTL. And definitely don't forget to support your locals! And if you make over 60kk a year, need some tweeks and extra info to help you save. I wouldn't recommend this location. But yes they do help you file with the other complex filing too. The price is cheaper than any location. But the catch is they're not really well informed or structured to teach their client to save more. I love their friendly, quick and speedy filing. I came exactly the last day and it was packed. I waited a good 2.5 hours to get seen. I dipped in and out quick. Everything was quick and easy. I checked all of my numbers and info. Finish in 3 mintues and is happy with my service. Thanks NTL team!! By the way, they're moving to a bigger office. 4763 E. Olive Ave # 103 Fresno, Ca 93702

10 years of loyalty met with a "do it yourself" attitude. TYPICAL HMONG PEOPLE!…read more I have used this firm for a decade, dating back to when I ran a restaurant and needed complex itemization. I stayed with them for the last four years out of loyalty and comfort even after closing my business. I always felt the high fees were worth the "CPA level" of support. I was wrong. This year, the California Franchise Tax Board (FTB) adjusted my refund down by over $$$ due to a withholding verification error. Despite this firm having all my W-2s and having filed the return themselves, my CPA's only advice was for me to "mail in the paperwork yourself" to contest it. After 10 years of loyal business, I expected them to at least draft the response or help me resolve a simple document mismatch that he should have been able to verify instantly. Instead, I'm stuck doing the legwork myself. If you're looking for a long-term partner who actually stands behind their work when the state sends a letter, look elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Jenn and Elias throughout the entirety of the project. From day one, they both displayed an unparalleled level of talent, expertise and dedication. They were eager to hear about my vision for the Weekend of Wellness event, to better understand the task at hand. The Weekend of Wellness needed a central landing place where all event information could be found, participants could register for fitness classes, workshops, and much more. It was my hope to create a website that was versatile, vibrant and functional for our event participants. Working with Reclaim Technologies to build a custom site accomplished this in an even more incredible way than I ever imagined! The professionalism displayed by the team was also exceptional. Whenever I encountered a problem, had a question, or wanted to discuss web design elements and functionality, Jenn and Elias were just a quick email or Zoom call away. Their willingness to troubleshoot any issues promptly and effectively ensured a smooth development process. Aside from their technical expertise, what truly set Reclaim Technologies apart was the kindness, support and collaborative emphasis displayed by their team.
