My desire was to learn the tools and strategies to use in my work, to motivate my teams to transform and coach them to greatness by getting them to reach their maximum potential. The experiential training sessions provide participants with the opportunity to act as both the "client" and "practitioner." As a result, each participant experiences their own transformational "break throughs." I have attended lots of professional development trainings, and by far, this training has more than surpassed my expectations!!! I not only got the tools and strategies that I was seeking to improve my teams and others around me, but I also got to be transformed through the process. Without a doubt, I know I had some issues that were blocking me in my personal relationships and in my professional growth. I am so grateful to have been able to participate in such a powerful, extraordinary and surreal program where I have been able to become more whole emotionally and free of limiting beliefs and decisions that have held me back from reaching my own maximum potential. Yolanda is a wonderful person and trainer! She is an expert and a credit to her field. She creates such a warm training environment, provides snacks and unlimited coffee/hot chocolate, and models everything from start to finish. She and her team go well above and beyond to ensure the best training experience possible for all participants. I can't wait to start the next program and gain even more tools and strategies that will help me go to the next level in my career. I am so motivated by all that I learned and experienced, that I am going to continue with the Practitioner 2 training, to become a Master Certified Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy, and Hypnotherapy. Way to go Speed Success Training and Consulting!!!
