I wonder when they're sending out this rubbish and giggling away to themselves whether they consider the premium prices people are paying and how upsetting it is to be ripped off in this way. My request for a refund in return for the posters being sent back untouched or the actual item I ordered were ignored. I think it's basically a basement full of tat which they dole out according to what they have most of. Don't waste your money.

We wanted to buy engraved Swiss Army knives for family back home. It was going to take 1.5 to 2 hours to get them all done, so we arranged to come back the next day to pick them up. We bought 12 knives, and got a small discount on the bunch. We returned the next day and they were all completed as requested. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

There is an option to pay upon collection (when picking up order from store) so no need to use online payment.
