There are lots of unique gifts ideas, lots of magazines, lots of Japanese manga, you'll go crazy! Even though the shop is tiny and has an entrance that is slightly off down the street level (making it easy to miss it unless you know the address), the place always seems to be busy and has a positive vibe. The staff is great and friendly. The prices are good, even for the limited edition toys and books you'll find here. Definitely worth a visit especially if looking for one of a kind gifts and/or gifts related to comics. Or a good spot to window shop too. :)

(Also applies to Galaxus) You have to keep in mind that they don't always have everything they offer in-store and they sometimes need to bring whatever you need from their central warehouse. You can check the availability of your product on the website /app before ordering. You can always order whatever you want online and Digitec will offer overnight free delivery or you can pick up your order the next day from their store. There is an option to pay upon collection (when picking up order from store) so no need to use online payment. Returns have also been very smooth and easy with full refund when respecting all criteria. You gotta love Digitec!
