We were looking for a spot to get a quick snack and some coffee. We walked into the Food Hall section of this Department Store. Loud and busy at 3 on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a couple of Cappuccinos from the Coffee Wine Bar. Came with a piece of chocolate and they did have a choice of Lactose free milk. Coffee hit the spot. We shared a savory Crepe which was filled with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and Pesto. Tasty and just the right portion. We saw a few other stands-Asia Deli, Patisserie, Seafood Bar, Indian, and Art of Burger to name a few. Service from both stands was fast and friendly. We went up to the third floor and did some browsing. Store was busy also and most likely because most stores/shops are closed on Sunday. That said, the best part of the store was the Food Hall.

You just get the hand held device as you enter, scan your Migros card, then scan your items as you put them into your basket (but if you put it back remember to remove it from the scanner!). At the check out scan the bar code, hang up the scanner, bag your items, and pay. So cool! Love technology. Haven't had any issues with the scanners, and they have people to help you in the self check out area if anything were to go wrong.

Not sure of what the difference between coop vs. coopcity is, but I'm guessing the coopcities are specifically in largely populated areas, similar to how target has city target in more urban dwellings?
