During that time, I successfully picked up orders from the Adidas Los Cerritos store on four separate occasions without any issues. My experience has always been simple: I enter the store, wait in line, provide my order information, and an associate retrieves my purchase from the sales floor or back stock. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was completely different. When I arrived to pick up my prepaid order, I was assisted by an associate named Angel, who has a "Trinidad" tattoo on his neck. From the beginning, his attitude was dismissive and confrontational. After I provided my order number, he told me he could not release my order, even though the exact item was visibly available on both the sales floor and in the back stock. I calmly explained that I had successfully used Click & Collect at this location several times before, but he repeatedly interrupted me and insisted he could not provide the item. My only goal was to pick up merchandise I had already purchased the night before. Angel eventually checked on the order but returned saying it was not ready for pickup. I explained that I had already paid for the item and it made no sense to purchase it again. Another associate, Michelle, then stepped in and handled the situation professionally. She took my name, phone number, and order number and said she would investigate the status of my order. Unfortunately, Angel's behavior escalated. He became verbally aggressive, using profanity and making comments such as "shut the f*** up" and "I swear I'm going to s*ck you." He then called for store security, despite the fact that I had remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction. Several customers waiting in line witnessed the incident, making the experience even more embarrassing. I informed Michelle that I wanted to file a complaint against Angel. She apologized and said she would speak with the store manager, a gentleman with blonde hair who wears glasses. I explained the situation to him, and he stated that the Adidas website was providing incorrect Click & Collect information. However, that explanation contradicted my previous successful pickups at the same location. I questioned the purpose of offering same-day Click & Collect if customers cannot receive items that are physically in stock. I had specifically purchased the merchandise to wear to the Colombia vs. Portugal match on Saturday, but I was told I would have to wait another five or six days to receive it. The manager suggested I buy the item again in-store and cancel my online order, but that was not possible because the cancellation window had already expired. Until this incident, I had always enjoyed shopping at the Adidas Los Cerritos location and had never experienced any problems. While I would consider returning in the future, Angel's behavior was unacceptable and reflected poorly on the store. I hope Adidas reviews this incident and provides additional customer service training so that other customers are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

Some were wearing a walkie and an ear piece. I finally found a guy to get me a shoe size. Waited, waited and waited. Then I see him with his backpack and water as if he was leaving. He saw me and said, my bad what size did you want? I ended up leaving and buying my shoes else where.

This is the closest Fabletics store to me and overall I've had good experiences here…read more Now the way they get you is when you first sign up they offer you really cheap pants or leggings. Then you either need to renew every month and get 1 credit to buy an item or remember to cancel to keep your membership going for free. If you keep it going you can still get all the sales that they have. I would not pay regular price but when they have huge sales it's a good value to me. As far as the store I have been in here to do exchanges, try clothes on to get my size or just to browse. Besides one time where the worker wasn't as helpful, could have been a bad day?, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in here. It's not a big store but they have most of the latest or most popular items. They have a fitting room and it's a pretty decent sized one in case you want to try the items on to figure out your sizes. Overall this is a nice store and most of the time when I'm in the mall I come to browse around.

There was a hole in one of my shoes, and it got pretty bad that I needed to get a new pair. I get…read moreemails from Big 5 daily, but never really see anything of interest. That is, until the 4th of July when they emailed coupons for $5 off a purchase of $10+. Since shoes are obviously more than $10, I knew I had to go during the holiday to take advantage of that deal, which was good for that day only. I actually stopped by the traffic circle location in Long Beach first, but they didn't have the shoes that I wanted. Rather than choosing a different pair, I went to this location on the southwest corner of 183rd and Gridley. Though not technically a part of Los Cerritos Center, it's close enough that if you park your car on the east side of the mall, you can simply walk to Big 5, which doesn't have many parking spots directly in front. The store is pretty spacious and should cater to just about any athlete for any sport. Since it was summer, most of the sporting goods were swimming related, but I was here for the shoes, which were all the way in the back of the store. Not only did they have the shoe that I was looking for, but they had it in my size too! There was just one box left, and it was all mine! Well, except the lid was badly deformed. One of the employees walked to the back to offer assistance, and then I asked him if I could get a new shoebox for the shoes that I wanted. He mentioned that for the brand, they don't have that many shoeboxes, and they usually get deformed anyways. However, he did give me permission to switch the lids with another box, and so that's what I did. He also directed me to where the seats were so I could try on the shoes before purchasing. The shoes did fit, but I noticed inside each shoe, there was just a cardboard insert used to retain the shape of the shoe before purchase. There wasn't any crumpled paper inside that I've seen inside other shoes, but oh well. Not a dealbreaker for me. The employee did come by again to ask if the shoes fit, to which I answered affirmatively. Though he was kind of hard to understand, I do appreciate how he was there to offer help when needed. Checkout was a breeze. The cashier scanned the shoebox and then my coupon before completing my transaction and wishing me a good 4th of July. Good visit overall. If they didn't have my shoe size, who knows if they would have had one in the back? The two employees I mentioned in this review were the only two I saw working that afternoon, and if that's the norm here, I can't imagine how they would be able to handle a full house. Even though the Lakewood location is closer to me, I would definitely be willing to make the farther drive next time I need a new pair of shoes.
