We started swim safari because I wanted my daughter to be comfortable and confident while in the…read morewater. A couple times of sucking water up her nose in the bath had me worried that she would be scared. We have rotated through many instructors at this point and they have all been great in their own way! I appreciate how each one takes the time to explain WHY we are doing the next activity and what gross/fine motor skills we are working on. I also appreciate that there is a new lesson plan every 2 weeks. We went to a different swimming company for a month prior to switching to Swim Safari and I felt like we were aimlessly doing the same few activities over and over and I never understood what we were trying to achieve because the instructors were not explaining anything. Every single employee is welcoming and has taken the time to know and remember my daughter. It has been a great outlet for her to make new friends as well. She has made great improvements since starting and soon she will be going into the water without me! We have also been thankful for the amount of class options, both the days and times. Keeping a toddler on a schedule is important! My ONLY suggestion is that the locker rooms could be a little warmer. It gets cold when your soaking wet and have to get a toddler dressed first.

His favorite place is water and especially swim school. Ms Adey is who we started with and who we currently have spring break speed week with. Ms Elizabeth teaches both my kiddos back to back on Mondays and she has really brought out their love for swimming as well as drilled in water safety. My kiddos both look forward to seeing them everytime! We dearly love Swim Safari.

Coach Elliot was great, he was very enthusiastic and encouraging. He even answered some questions I had about my base pase after class. I absolutely crushed my workout and hit a 13mph all out, almost 800 calories. I got what I paid for at this studio and look forward to trying additional classes here.

I was not active at all prior to staring at OTF. They still welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable even though I had no clue what I was doing. They offer different levels of workouts depending on your activity levels. I started out on the lower tier and have already worked my way up to being able to run and jog -- I am really seeing a difference. The workouts are pretty intense but it's a take-it-as-you-can style. They never make you overwork yourself or do things your uncomfortable with. I really enjoy the group setting and having the coaches giving direction because it encourages everyone to keep up the pace and to work as hard as they can! It can be a little intimidating but now that I've gotten into a routine here I don't see myself stopping. I'm seeing changes in my stamina and my body already and I'm looking forward to challenging myself even more as time goes on. I recommend coming in and consulting with a coach to get started, they even offer a free class or two if you're new!! No reason not to come give it a try.
