Something to know: they do not allow "floaties" or "bubbles", they swim with an instructor assisting them if necessary, use a bar with floats on the ends or stand on this really large block in the water with railings where they can stand and wait turns to swim. Parents are not allowed in the water for group lessons. My son has mild autism and really needs one to one in the water, but they have a 6 month wait for private lessons. I went with him for 2 group lessons and did not realize the groups could be larger than 3 with only 1 instructor usually, he requires more attention unfortunately and will not return. Very well organized, kind and welcoming staff with excellent facilities.

As a birthday gift she got me coaching with Craig Lewin (Endurance Swimming). Working with Craig was fantastic - he got both of us prepped and ready to tackle the Channel in August 2023. Along with the physical preparation he took us thru all the other aspects of attempting something as epic as the English Channel. He even met with our crew to set expectations for the day. As it turned out we really needed all the mental prep (maybe more than the physical). We had to wait until the last possible day to swim and anxiety levels were high. Craig was able to get us all into the best mental state and she was successful. An adventure of a lifetime! We are both planning on continuing with his coaching. The instructors are AMAZING and are unmatched -- they know how to keep the lessons really fun and make swimming/the water less scary. However, the progress and the curriculum are a bit slow. Each lesson is 30 minutes long, which equates to about 20 minutes of swimming time (but part of that is just getting used to the water, like dunking in their heads). If I were to do it again, I would opt for a couple weeks of private lessons... this would have saved years (in terms of time) and quite a bit of money too. This isn't a knock at all on the instructors, who like I said are great, it's more just the slow progress that they make and it takes a lot of time to see it given how short the lessons are. Sign-up is pretty easy online but popular slots fill quickly. Makeups are allowed by scheduling online. There are 3 sessions to sign up for during the year I think -- fall, winter, and spring. A special shout out to Mr. John and Ms. Cassie who we especially bonded with. Without Mr. John our son would not have gotten there... now he is a great and confident swimmer!

I literally showed Silvana, the awful, uncaring, unintelligent, clueless, checked-out waste of space of a program director screenshots of fellow volleyball players literally cyber-bullying me and she and her equally as scummy and dead-inside manager clearly didn't care and said their policy against cyber-bullying only applies to youth programs. Hopefully they'll get fired for being horrible at their jobs one day, but for now I highly recommend staying away from this hellhole.
