I felt every instructor truly cared about the well being and growth for every child. I was a little skeptical at first with group swim lesson, but once I realized groups Lessons was great for challenging and motivating others to be their best self; I was sold. I have a 3 year old, 5 year old(Autism) and 7 year old; they all had sessions together in different groups. Liam did a great job with my 5 year old with Autism; he did not want to put his head in the water, but Liam was so patient and willing to want to help my son. It definitely touched my heart. This was great experience; I saw huge improvements with every child. Thank you Joanie, Tricia and Liam for making this wonderful experience so great!!!

Lauren and Krista are both amazing at what they do and not once did they let our girls give up. They do this because they are passionate about teaching kids how to swim and survive! We relocated from San Francisco to San Diego and moved into a home with a pool, so making sure our kids were safe around water was one of my top priorities. I actually scheduled swim lessons for our daughter, Emmy, with Krista before we even moved here! Emmy started lessons when she was 2, continued again the next summer at 3, and this past summer our son Hayes joined in at just 1.5 years old. Krista has such a gift with young children -- she's patient (yet firm), calm, and knows exactly how to make them feel comfortable and confident in the water. We've seen incredible progress each summer. Both kids have not only learned essential water safety skills, but they also love being in the pool now. The peace of mind knowing my young children are safe around water is truly priceless, and it makes living in Southern California (and being around so much water) so much less stressful. Swim Synergy has been such a wonderful experience for our family, and we're already looking forward to lessons again next summer!

It's truly incredible what she can do in 10 weeks. My daughter who was just under 3 when she started, is usually very shy and reserved with others. She's never opened up so quickly to anyone as she has to Ms. Nikki and within the first couple days, she was comfortable in her arms. Everything from the teaching model to the environment is so thoughtful and effective. I wanted something to teach my kids water safety without the tears and was thrilled to find Swim Synergy. This has wasted about a six weeks of my time in terms of my goal of improving my son's swimming ability before swim camp. I would be wary of depending on this service, especially if you live north of the 78. I will say all my experiences with the Sunsational administration have been positive and cordial, and they did issue me a full refund.

He has helped our son be where he is today - an excellent and confident swimmer with awareness and appreciation of his surroundings whether he is swimming alone or with a big crowd.

On top of all of this, Jeff is very patient; but also keeps our son working hard the entire lesson (because he actually WANTS to). Jeff breaks everything down for our son in a way he can understand. The programming at this gym is unlike any other I've been to and I've been to my fair share over the years. It's not your typical Bro'd out CrossFit where you get injured. They have multiple options - if you want to go all out and do Olympic lifts then they've got you covered, but if you're feeling weak or tired or you're just getting back in the gym then they have plenty of scaled down movements that are perfect for you. There's something for everyone in each work out, every day. The community is unparalleled and everyone there is super cool and laid back - I can't say enough good things about this place. Tons of parties and get together a outside of the gym as well.
