I ordered the Fig and Prosciutto pizza on sourdough and my boyfriend ordered a Four Cheese with 'Nduja. My pizza was good, sweet, salty and savory. He enjoyed his 'Nduja, but it was a bit different consistency that he was used to. They did say they made it in house which was nice for authenticity. For his birthday we ordered the Zeppole (its like a fried donut with a lemon glaze) - not my forte personally, because if it's not chocolate it isn't worth the calories- but it's not my birthday, hah. Then I watched him give me 1 scoop of steak instead of the extra I paid $2 for. This is where I started to get annoyed. I confronted him on both to which the 2 female workers came out (presumably managers?) and also spoke with me. I was told "we can't help what other customers do" and "if you'd like you can have your order remade". This is NOT the way to retain customers. Instead of making a scene and losing my cool I walked out, trashed my entire order and went to a local spot down the road.
