I got my first SIP trunk with Les in 2007 as a Christmas present for myself to play with the (then)…read morenew technology. A year later I made it my primary home number. 2012 I added another number 2015 I added another number 2017 I added a toll free number so that my kids can call me whenever they want without having to pay LD This year I added my cell as a new number and only use data to make calls on my cell number with them. Added a US number about 2 months ago as well to communicate with a friend easier. That friend also has now 3 US numbers with Les NEVER EVER were there any issues that are mention-able. I was always available (that I know) and when my system acts up I get an email notification that I am offline, usually due to me playing with my phone system and buggering it up. I can only recommend les.net as a great provider. Joe

I have used les.net for 3 years now for my home phone and for testing PBX's as I turn them up. It is a very intuitive front-end for an asterisk box that allows for realtime changes. I had to switch from their service since calls began to fail on the fax line and calling US TF numbers started to fail (knocked my alarm out for a month). I decided to port to Vitelity who I have used for multiple consulting engagements with small businesses, they costs slightly more (14%) but have people who answer the phone and high quality service. When I submitted the port out I received a FOC of 2 weeks out, the next day all my DIDs began to ring to a generic les.net error. I opened a ticket with them and they let me know they disabled service since I was leaving them. I opened multiple trouble tickets and called them with no response. So, now I am on Vitelity with no problems after the port went through... just taught me a lesson about using small, no-name provider with no escalation path and no recourse for unethical behavior.
