Let's start with Alicia, who runs the front end of the business. She is incredible and will work…read morehard to meet your schedule and budget requirements. She communicates through all available means and keeps you apprised of all new information or changes. Then there are the wrenches. Martin is my go-to guy for all things related to my truck. I have had little interaction with the other guys, but no question has ever gone un-answered, and nobody sells you any BS or unnecessary parts or services. You can do whatever is needed in logical sequencing if your budget mandates; if more time is required than originally quoted you will hear from Alicia. I've never had a job go over the original quote. In some instances Alicia has put in extra effort to find me less expensive parts options. Bottom line is that they're keeping my business because they do good work, are fair and honest, and work with me and my offbeat schedules. Many thanks.

My husband was a auto mechanic for well over 25 years and continues to repair just about anything…read morethat needs repair. However, he couldn't do his own front end alignment so took his truck to them. They called and said he needed a laundry list of replacement parts and that the truck was unalignable. NOT TRUE... he picked it up and checked it out himself and none of what they said needed to be replaced and was all in good shape. Further, he let them replace a front light bulb that was out and they charged $72 for a $5 bulb and a 2 minute replacement. Facebook reviews show 2 other people they did the same thing to, telling them they needed parts that didn't need replacing. WILL NOT EVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN!

I just wanted to share a quick positive experience I had with Mountain Auto Care, even though they…read moreultimately weren't able to service my car. After our check engine light came on, we called and spoke with Cameron. I explained what had happened, and he let me know that unfortunately they were getting ready to be closed for the next couple of days and likely wouldn't be able to service our car until early the following week. Even with that, he suggested we still stop by if we could. He said he could at least scan the car, see what was going on, and hopefully give us some direction. About 15 minutes later, we showed up and Cameron scanned the car for us. He confirmed that we were dealing with a cylinder 1 misfire (P0301), wrote down the code for us, and gave us some advice on how to diagnose the issue, figure out what was causing it, and hopefully get ourselves back on the road. What stood out to me was that he was genuinely willing to help even though he knew he probably wasn't going to get the business. He was getting ready to close within the next 30-40 minutes, but still took the time to talk with us and point us in the right direction. We ultimately had to handle the repair ourselves, but Cameron's willingness to help when he didn't have to was absolutely worth mentioning. Sometimes it's the small interactions that make you remember a business, and this was definitely one of them. Thanks, Cameron, for taking the time to help us out!
